HOMEPAGE GIF

I wanted to have a moving image on my homepage as I thought it would be eye-catching and funny. I had an image that could be easily made into a GIF, and I edited it to go on the homepage. I think it also communicates the nature of my work, slightly unpolished but also fun and colourful. 

 The original GIF (above) I made had too slow a landing, and the timing didn't look right. I'm not used to 'animating' anything so I had to edit that so it looked realistic (i.e., gravity means someone  would fall quicker!)

I removed some frames for a quicker landing, but I still think it looked a little but slow overall.

I then put the gif through a website that made it quicker- and it ended up being way too fast. I tinkered with it and tried to make it just fast enough but it ended it being super speedy every time! In the end I went with the middle gif, as once it was on the website it didn't look as dumpy and slow as it does here.
